Learn techniques for staying gluten-free when you are not  in complete control of your child’s food. How do you deal with the gluten-free diet away from home? How does your child deal with the gluten-free diet when you are not with him/her? There will be an educational game for children and break-out sessions for the parents. We hope teens will come to interact with each other and staff the games.
